ONLY THE TENANT IN APT. #700-304, PER THE MAINTENANCE MAN. NOBODY
HAD ENTERED MY APARTMENT TO FIX THE CEILING LIGHT. THE OFFICE
STATING THE WORK ORDER WAS NOT TOUCHED, EITHER.
I had to return to the apartment manager’s office and they had me in the office for a
meeting with them and the maintenance man. They insisted nobody, but I had stepped
into 700 Sycamore Lane #304. The maintenance man never touched the ceiling light
fixture and my apartment’s office key had never been moved. The key to my unit had
been locked up and nobody had their hands of the office key to my unit. It was double
the cover up and double the lies. I was made to sit there with maintenance, as they lied
to me. It was degrading and insulting.

As tenants we pay security deposit for pets and miscellaneous. This maintenance crews
destroyed the property and the office manager and staff blamed me, the customer and
carpet cleaner for the damage. They insulted me, the customer too many times. Pam
spoke of having an all elite staff of people. Pam knew the family of her staff. I was the
liar and the one there destroying property.

THEY HAD ASKED ME FOR PERMISSION TO HAVE THE MAINTENANCE MAN COME
TO MY APARTMENT IN THEIR OFFICE MEETING. MY HUMAN ALARMS WERE
GOING OFF ON THE INSIDE. HE NEEDED TO GET IN THERE BEFORE I GOT
MOVED TO #500-203. I HAD COMMUNICATED THAT MAINTENANCE HAD BEEN TO
#700-304. NO MAINTENANCE SHOULD COME BACK TO THAT APARTMENT, UNTIL
MY THINGS WERE MOVED TO APT. #500-203. OUR MEETING WAS ENDED.

I was staying 12 months. They were covering up and lying. If I was going to die, I was
going to die right there on their property. The side effects were severe. I wanted to give
my hurting body time on their upscale secure property.

PAMELA ROBERTS, THE MANAGER DID NOT INSPECT THE APARTMENT, AFTER
SEVERAL COMPLAINTS FROM ME, THE CUSTOMER. IT WAS A 3-5 MINUTE RIDE IN
A GOLF CART TO MY APARTMENT. SHE ONLY NEEDED THE OPINION OF
MAINTENANCE.
In a conversation with Pam Roberts on 7/9/2003, she had sent the maintenance
supervisor to the apartment #700-304 that day. July 9th was 3 ½ weeks, after my first
complaint. She said the supervisor’s face was red and sinuses were irritated due to a
smell of pine sole and some kind of chemical. Something was wrong with the carpet but
it was my fault and their contractor rug shampoo man’s fault. She had refused
permission for me to get an environmental microbiologist to check the chemicals present
in that apartment, #700-304. Pam Roberts was ordering all new carpets for #700-304 at
the suggestion of her maintenance supervisor. I knew all carpets had to be removed. I
was seriously ill the day after their maintenance had showed up 6/17/2003 and went to
the emergency room of a near by hospital.

I HAD TO START A LOCK UP & LOCK DOWN OF EVERYTHING (CLOTHES & FOOD)

The first week in 500 Sycamore Lane #203(approx. 6/25/03-7/03/2003) theft began
and my clocks in my apartment were being changed and turned off, again. I had clothes
taken again. Now 4 weeks at Alta Woods Apartment Homes. I was also very sick. If
they were taking things out of my apartment what would keep them from putting poison
in my food and drinks. My food and drinks were open to them now 3 weeks. It was a
nightmare and I was seriously ill. It was a nightmare. I had parasites in my stomach and
I felt like a puppy that needed de-worming. I had terrible problems with intestinal
parasites. Alta Woods Apartment Homes was right next to a dog kennel. I got poisoned
with parasites and chemicals all at the same time. I immediately purchased an ADT
alarm system for my apartment. The maintenance crews/employees were in my 2nd
apartment, again. It was a nightmare.

SEVERAL MONTHS IN UNIT 500-203 NOW FEBRUARY 2004
To help myself I went to Home Depot to just improve the air filter in my unit. A strange
positive result happened immediately. In maybe four days, after a new a/c/htg. filter my
shower run off water got clear during showers. My shower tub water was as dirty as a
man taking a shower, after lawn work and a game of basketball together all in one day. I
took two showers a day and results were filthy each time.

I got terrible lesion sores all over my body. First on my ankle and it was a vicious sore
for 5 months, or more. It was a sore that shot pain from my ankle to my head. This
was no regular ankle sore. This was a monster of a sore. It did not throb with pain. It
suck, or pulled inwardly when liquids were applied to the sore, or skin.

OCT., NOV, DEC. 2003, JAN, FEB. 2004
I was violently throwing up like a pregnant woman every week to the point of
dehydration. It was more hospital visits and no answers. More doctor visits and
no answers. This nausea, vomiting and dehydration went on for several months.

DOG STEEL CABLE LEASH WAS WRAPPED AROUND MY REFRIGERATOR AND
FREEZER DOOR. THESE WERE LOCKED 7 DAYS A WEEK, AFTER BEING POISONED. I
WAS THREE WEEKS TOO LATE. I WAS VERY SICK, ALSO.
